Originator of the Enactment Arc. Coach, facilitator, and speaker working at the intersection of developmental depth, leadership under acceleration, and the question of how humans actually decide and act.
The Enactment Arc grew out of years of working with people and teams who knew what to do and could not, for reasons that resisted simpler explanations. The framework is what emerged when those reasons started organizing themselves into a sequence.
Alex's work draws on developmental psychology, depth work, integral and spiral developmental theory, and a process-oriented metaphysical lineage. He works with individuals navigating real transitions and with leadership teams that need to keep human judgment intact as AI moves deeper into the decision loop.
